Estate planning is about more than deciding who receives your assets.

It is about protecting your family, ensuring your wishes are honored, preserving what you have worked hard to build, and giving your loved ones clarity during difficult times.

How it works

Every estate plan should be thoughtfully designed around your unique family, financial circumstances, and long-term goals. Whether you are creating your first will, establishing trusts for your children, planning for incapacity, or seeking sophisticated tax planning, we provide practical advice and personalized guidance every step of the way.

1. Initial consultation
We learn about your family, assets, and goals.

2. Gathering & planning
We recommend strategies tailored to your situation.

3. Drafting & review
We prepare customized documents and review every recommendation together.

4. Signing & implementation
We supervise the execution of your documents and provide guidance on funding trusts and updating beneficiary designations.

5. Ongoing counsel
As your life changes, your estate plan should evolve with it.

Peace of Mind:

Concierge Legal Service

Once your estate plan is complete, it is equally important to keep your original documents secure and accessible to your loved ones, as electronic copies may not be sufficient when original documents are required for legal or court purposes.

Our firm will provide you with electronic copies of your documents, as well as a full package of your original documents. You can keep the originals in a secure location or have us store them through our Concierge Legal Service for a recurring annual or monthly fee.

As an ongoing service, Concierge Legal Service allows us to maintain an active relationship with you and your approved contacts. If something happens to you, we are authorized and prepared to release your original documents to your approved contacts and provide guidance to your family when needed.

What’s keeping you up at night?

  • My files are a mess—how would anyone even know what accounts I have or where to find everything?‍

  • Who could I possibly ask to care for my children if there were an emergency—and how would I make sure they had enough financial support?

  • If I got hit by a bus tomorrow, who would step in and manage everything for me?

  • Do I have enough money to support myself for the rest of my life—and what happens if I eventually need care?

  • I’m traveling without my kids next week, and I still haven’t done my will. What would happen to them if something happened to me?
