Bridget Golden, Esq.
Associate Attorney
Bridget is an associate attorney who specializes in assisting clients with all legal, emotional, and practical aspects of estate planning and estate administration. Her practice is grounded in deep knowledge of wills, trusts, and estates law, as well as strong, personal connections with clients that allow her to provide advice that is both legally sound and sensitive to their individual circumstances.
Bridget's practice includes drafting and counseling related to foundational estate planning documents, as well as sophisticated trusts for tax planning, co-ownership arrangements, and intra-family agreements. She also handles all aspects of estate and trust administration, independently managing probate proceedings from start to finish throughout New York City, Long Island, Westchester, and New Jersey.
Bridget is best known for her quick ability to understand a client's goals and translate them into comprehensive estate planning documents that effectively address both direct and indirect legal, tax, and personal considerations.
Before focusing on trusts and estates, Bridget practiced employment law at an AmLaw 100 firm, gaining a strong foundation in legal research and writing, and counseling clients through sensitive and confidential matters.
